General Notice

TOS are subject to change without notice, and I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reasonI also reserve the rights to share the final piece on my social media, please tell me if you want to keep it anonymous or use it commercially.
If you want it to be a private commission, the price of a private commission will always be double that of the original price of the product to make up for lost visibility/advertisment, please mention it prior to me starting.

Deadlines and Delivery

+ Up to 2 weeks in waiting per comm, can be more, I will be in contact through the whole process
+ Deadline starts when payment is done
+ If you dislike the piece to the point of a refund, and I have started after the base sketch has been agreed upon, I reserve the right to only return up to half the agreed upon price.

Revisions

- You will be provided with sketches during the process for your piece, only during the sketch period will edits be free and accepted.+ As soon as you see an error, let me know immediately, last minute corrections will have an additional cost. After the sketch page all further edits will be between $15-$30 depending on complexity as its much harder to fix things later in the process.+ With Great Change comes Great Price: such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. Alternate versions will be charged up to an extra 50% of the original piece depending on complexity

For all Commissions please provide clear descriptions and references
More complex commissions will be priced differently upon commissioning and that includes complex character designsPlease include:
+ Username on Bluesky for tagging+ Commission Type: (ex 1: portrait, half body, full body), (ex 2: sketch, line art, flat color, color + shading),+ Character: (Insert name and references here. If it's written reference, please be detailed to avoid confusion. Same goes for any extra characters).+ Presentation: (Mood, pose idea of the illustration).+ Additional Prices: Optional (ex 1: Background type), (ex 2: Extra Character/ghost limbs)

For Basic Style commissions
- Fewer WIPs will be given. You will have a chance to ask for major changes regarding the pose.
- If, upon receiving the final work, you should notice I got some essential design elements a bit wrong (such as markings), please point these out to me! They will be fixed promptly.+All finished pieces are sent via Discord or Email+If getting a nsfw image, a basic sfw image can be provided, either at higher cost or lesser meme quality(ie, replacing genitals with a face or food)+For more Basic type commissions, simple direction is needed, the more complex a commission, the more is required( posing, mood, reference sheets, color reference/palette the more the merrier is appreciated)

Copyright / Usage Policy:
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner,
therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
-Promote myself with in any place or site, display or post or publish wherever I want
-Have my signature across ALL commission workThe commissioner can print the art, and claim the right of their character(s)
but not the drawing itself and can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
The commissioner is NOT allowed to:
- Reproduce, resell, or otherwise make a profit off the artwork.
(selling a character with their artwork included is allowed, but of course have common sense; you cannot profit from my art is all)
- Take credit for the artwork.
- Remove the watermark present (unless previously agreed upon).
- Modify the artwork to have it contain offensive or hateful material.
- None of my art, commissions, voicelines, paid for or freely given creative works is to be used or fed to a machine for AI or NFTs.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
