General Notice
TOS are subject to change without notice, and I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reasonI also reserve the rights to share the final piece on my social media, please tell me if you want to keep it anonymous or use it commercially.
Deadlines and Delivery
+ Up to 2 weeks in waiting per comm, can be more, I will be in contact through the whole process
+ Deadline starts when payment is recieved
Revisions
- You will be provided with sketches during the process for your piece, only during the sketch period will edits be free and accepted.
Copyright
Copyright / Usage Policy:
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner,
therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
-Promote myself with in any place or site, display or post or publish wherever I want
-Have my signature across ALL commission workThe commissioner can print the art, and claim the right of their character(s)
but not the drawing itself and can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
The commissioner is NOT allowed to:
- Reproduce, resell, or otherwise make a profit off the artwork.
(selling a character with their artwork included is allowed, but of course have common sense; you cannot profit from my art is all)
- Take credit for the artwork.
- Remove the watermark present (unless previously agreed upon).
- Modify the artwork to have it contain offensive or hateful material.
- None of my art, commissions, voicelines, paid for or freely given creative works is to be used or fed to a machine for AI or NFTs.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
